These terms apply when you use stillhourdesign.com or buy from Still Hour Design ("we", "us"). By placing an order you agree to them.

Our products

We sell illustrated posters and canvas prints. Each one is printed to order by our print partners. Colours on screen can look a little different from the printed piece, because every screen shows colour differently.

Our artwork is original Still Hour artwork, created with AI image tools, then edited and prepared for print.

Prices and payment

Prices are shown in your local currency where available and include any set discount you qualify for, which is applied in your cart. We may change prices at any time, but changes don't affect orders already placed. Payment is taken when you place your order.

Orders

We may refuse or cancel an order if a product is listed with a clear error, such as a wrong price, or if we suspect fraud. If we cancel, we refund you in full. You can cancel your own order before it goes to print, as set out in our refund policy.

Shipping, returns and refunds

See our shipping policy and refund policy. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under the consumer laws that apply to you.

Our artwork

All designs, images and text on this site belong to Still Hour Design. Buying a print lets you hang and enjoy it. It doesn't give you the right to copy, reproduce or sell the artwork.

Reviews and messages

If you send us a review, photo or message, you confirm it's yours to share and that it's honest. We may show reviews and photos on our site. We won't edit a review to change its meaning.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. We aren't liable for indirect losses. This doesn't exclude any liability that can't be excluded by law.
